  • Please make sure you send us your artwork as a JPEG, PGN, or PDF.

  • Yes. All embroidery work is stitched out as a sample then emailed to the customer for review.

  • To receive a quote you can email us at dmthreadworks@gmail.com.

  • Absolutely. No orders will begin without an approved proof. All proofs are emailed to the customer. From there, the customer must either approve the proof or request changes at that time.

  • It typically takes 5-10 business days

  • Absolutely not! In fact, we prefer that you don’t. We provide items that we know are tried and true. On the chance that a machine error does occur, it’s easier for us to replace it with something that we purchase.

  • We prefer to embroider on the items that we purchase, but we will embroider on personal items. However, please read our disclaimer for client items:

    DM Threadworks is not liable for replacing or repairing any personal items supplied by the client that are damaged during the embroidery process.

    DM Threadworks reserves the right to refuse client-supplied items that DM Threadworks deems to be unsuitable for the embroidery process.

    DM Threadworks will not embroider on any family heirloom or irreplaceable items.

    The client is responsible for ensuring their own items are free from any defects and/or flaws prior to delivery to DM Threadworks.
