From Humble Beginnings to Small Business Owner

Diane Middlemiss, founder and owner of DM Threadworks, started in 2010 with nothing more than a single sewing machine. In 2017, she began expanding her skills to embroidery and industrial sewing. Over the years she has learned the in’s and out’s of embroidery and sewing while adding new machines to her collection.

Now she has become one of the best in the Quad Cities area, known for her quality stitch-work, charming customer service, and ability to achieve her customers’ needs. She has done embroidery work for several local businesses including Printing Plus and Circle Tap, and has a loyal Facebook following with hundreds of people who adore her work.
